The owner was able to quickly assess and fix the problem with my mobility scooter. It was not working before and I left with it working perfectly. Staff was kind.

We rented a scooter for a family member visiting from Ireland. This is the second time we have rented. The gentleman at K&B Mobility is very accommodating, professional and helpful. Personally I have not been graced by the lovely people at K&B, however they were gracious enough to help out a friend of mine who is currently having a rough time in life and had a wheel break on her wheelchair. They were nice enough to personally deliver a part to her at no cost to her. That kind of exceptional above and beyond service is unheard of inbtodays market. Thank you for looking out for your community and those who need some good grace!
